Format, timelines, and certification
Yes. Every visa translation is completed by a NAATI credentialled translator and supplied with a certification statement showing the translator's name, practitioner number and signature, which is the format Australian authorities expect.
We translate birth certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, passports and identity documents, police clearances, academic transcripts, employment references, bank statements, medical records and any other supporting document required for a visa application.
Our translations are suitable for the Department of Home Affairs, state transport authorities, universities, banks and the courts. Final acceptance always rests with the receiving organisation, so check their submission instructions before lodging.
Self-Service Extract Translations start from 1 hour, Extract Translations from 1 business day, and Full Translations from 2 to 3 business days. These are standard turnaround times and are not guaranteed.
Yes. The whole process is online. Upload a clear scan or phone photo of your document, complete payment, and your certified translation is emailed to you. There is no need to post originals or visit an office.
Translations are delivered digitally as a certified PDF, which is what most Australian and New Zealand authorities accept. If you need a printed copy, contact our support team to discuss the options available.

Any supporting document that is not in English needs a certified translation. For most applications this covers identity documents, civil status certificates, police clearances, qualifications and financial evidence.

Yes. A clear scan or phone photo is enough, provided every page is legible and nothing is cropped. Stamps, seals and handwritten notes must be visible so they can be reflected in the translation.
Every translation carries the translator's certification statement, NAATI practitioner number, signature and the date of translation, along with the language direction.
We can, provided the text remains readable. Where a section is illegible, the translator marks it as such in the translation rather than guessing at the wording.
Our certified translations are prepared to the standard requested for citizenship, permanent residency and skilled migration applications. The deciding authority always makes the final call on acceptance.
